In June 2013, we launched a modern automatic painting with powder paints line with a device for chemical powder paint removal operating in it.
Maximum dimensions of painted parts:

– length	1900 mm
– width	500 mm
– height	1200 mm
– maximum weight of the part	200 kg
– the colour of the paint coating	any of the RAL palette
– thickness of the paint coating	according to the customer’s wishes

Powder coating has its advantages. The most important are resistance and durability of such coatings, the paints used being ecological and efficient, as well as the elements painted in this way are simply aesthetic.

We work with reliable companies specialising in surface coating technologies, such as galvanising, chromate coating, anodising, nitride coating, etc. (all ROHS compliant).

Each of our suppliers is subject to regular, careful, and reliable assessment according to such criteria as quality, timeliness, cost.
